Undertone Networks Continues Growth;
Appoints Veronica Mathieson Vice President Of Marketing
Company strengthens focus on increasing brand awareness and market share
New York, NY - August 7, 2006: Undertone Networks, a premier online advertising network comprised of today's top media properties, announced today the appointment of Veronica Mathieson to the position of vice president of marketing. In this new position, Ms. Mathieson will be responsible for Undertone's marketing operations, communications, and public relations efforts, including shaping the company's brand in the marketplace.

Ms. Mathieson has more than 15 years of experience in the marketing communications and public relations fields developing, managing, and executing strategic programs. Most recently, Ms. Mathieson served as vice president, communications and channel marketing at Corente, Inc. where she managed the development and implementation of the company's marketing initiatives.
Previously, Ms. Mathieson served as manager, marketing communications and public relations for Motorola's Multi-Service Networks Division which was spun out creating Vanguard Managed Solutions. In that role, she developed and managed the global execution of the Vanguard Managed Solutions' award-winning branding and marketing communications strategy.
Over the years, she has managed partner marketing relationships with leading technology companies including Microsoft, IBM, Intel, Cisco, AT&T, and Lucent. Ms. Mathieson has also held senior-level marketing positions at UniPress Software, Magic Solutions, Inc., and Seagate Software, Inc.
Ms. Mathieson holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing from Georgian Court University.
