Undertone Networks Bolsters Management Team with
the Hiring of Peter Green from Weather.com

New York – January 28, 2008 – Undertone Networks, Inc. proudly announces that Peter Green, formerly senior vice president of ad sales with Weather.com, has joined Undertone Networks as its senior vice president of sales. In his new role, Green will lead Undertone’s sales efforts, manage the company’s agency and advertiser relationships, and provide strategic leadership as part of the management team.

Also, Eric Franchi will be moving into a new role as senior vice president of media. In the newly formed position, he will be responsible for expanding the base of publishers within the network, as well as developing new and exciting products and solutions for Undertone’s growing base of Fortune 500 customers. Eric has been with the company since 2001 and previously held the position of senior vice president of sales where he expanded the sales team and was instrumental in the company's rapid growth.

“Two key focus areas for the company revolve around publisher relationships and product development, which play incredibly well to Eric’s strengths and experience,” said Cassidy. “No one is better suited to tackle this role than Eric”.

Prior to joining The Weather Channel® in 1999, Green was an associate publisher with McGraw-Hill Publishing and served as a vice president and publisher for Institutional Investor Magazine group where he held various positions dedicated to international business. At this time, Green also launched Infrastructure Finance magazine. He was also previously employed by Intercontinental Publications where he was president of sales. Green obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Seattle, and has served in the U.S. Peace Corps in North Africa.
