How does it work?
The Undertone Quality Guarantee ensures that when working with Undertone, your ads appear
only on high-quality Web sites. If your ad is placed by Undertone on a non-Undertone Qualified Publisher (UQP) site, Undertone will refund the cost of the campaign up to $50,000.
How can Undertone guarantee quality?
At Undertone, we acquire our advertising inventory through direct relationships with leading publishers that we have evaluated and chosen for inclusion in our network. Undertone does not purchase inventory from ad exchanges, other ad networks, social networking or user-generated content sites. This model protects our clients, enables us to know exactly where every ad is placed, and ensures brand safety for marketers.
Since the company’s inception, Undertone has utilized a rigorous site selection process that includes both quantitative and qualitative evaluation points to determine if a site meets our high standards. To become a UQP, a site must have content that is engaging and valuable to its audience, and must be both professionally produced and aesthetically desirable. All publishers are hand selected based on this evaluation process and lower quality sites are excluded, which allows us to make this Guarantee with complete confidence.
