Before we add publishers to our network, we screen their websites to ensure they comply with our stringent set of guidelines, the Undertone Networks Content Policy. Even after publishers attain network membership, we continually review their content. Because we follow these exacting standards, we can maintain constant vigilance over the quality of our network and provide advertisers with exceptional reliability and integrity.
The Network with Higher Membership Standards
Publishers are not allowed to automatically sign up for our network. While our media partners adhere to their own strict content policies and typically avoid user-generated content, we accept them only after they meet our rigorous requirements. We thoroughly evaluate every prospective member’s website against key criteria such as:

Web properties that fall short of our uncompromising standards are removed from the Undertone network.
The Undertone Networks Content Policy
We reserve the exclusive right to refuse to work at any time with any publisher that violates our discerning content policy. Violations include but may not be limited to:

| • | Websites that contain any misrepresentation or content that is defamatory or violates any rights of privacy or publicity | |
| • | Websites that provide free Web hosting | |
| • | Pornographic or indecent content or material | |
| • | Websites that provide any kind of incentives for visitors to click on creatives or websites that otherwise remit payment for the use of Publisher's services | |
| • | Software pirating or any website that violates third-party intellectual property rights | |
