Account Manager

In this position you will be responsible for supporting the Undertone Networks sales team in New York City. The primary focus of this position is to support sales with proposals, sales presentations, campaign management, and prospecting, as well as work closely with ad operations to monitor campaign delivery and performance. The position is ideal for anyone looking to break into sales, marketing and/or the rapidly growing online advertising industry.

Position Responsibilities
  Craft effective sales proposals and presentations based on account executive and client guidelines
  Manage and improve client engagements to cultivate long-term business relationships
  Produce research of online industry and audience profiles utilizing industry toolsets
  Assist sales executives with building PowerPoint presentations
  Execute flawless campaign management & reporting including client communication
  Conduct sales prospecting & research
  Report to Director of Media Management in New York City

Qualifications
  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, productive environment
  Must have strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and superior attention to detail
  Must be able to work independently while also interacting with teams
  Excellent verbal/written communication skills, presentation skills, customer service, and analytical skills
  Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word and Excel (PowerPoint is a plus)
  Knowledge of industry tools a plus but not required (DART, Atlas, Mediaplex, ZEDO, SalesForce.com)
  Interactive ad agency or online media buying experience a plus
  Industry experience is preferred but not required
  Bachelor’s degree
