Human Resources/Recruiting Internship

As the Human Resources Intern you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of aspects within the department:

Recruiting
  Work closely with sales planners to ensure effective ad campaigns
  Observing/conducting phone screens and in-person interviews
  Posting job descriptions
  Setting up interviews, coordinating with hiring manager
  Helping to maintain the calendar for the Human Resources

Internal Human Resources
  Arranging new-hire orientations
  Processing benefits enrollment
  Helping to manage 401k rollover requests
  Helping to organize company lunches and events
  Coordinating and keeping track of employee files and critical information
  Ensuring HR Compliance

Operations
  Greeting candidates
  Assisting in general office duties

Qualifications
  Genuine interest in recruiting and media
  Extremely sharp verbal and written skills
  Outgoing personality with a willingness to interact with candidates as well as internal staff
  Studies in Human Resources and/or Communications and/or Media
  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  Ability to work both independently and on a team
  Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and superior attention to detail

Compensation
At the completion of the internship, Undertone provides a stipend based on the number of hours committed. We will also reimburse the cost of transportation on a monthly basis. Those looking for personal growth opportunities as well as those looking for school credit will be considered.
